Trip to Charmingfare Farm

Our Trip to Charmingfare Farm

The animals at Charmingfare farm were GREAT!  We loved feeding them.  There were many animals.  Some of the ones we really liked were the baby goats, sheep, and the lynx.

We got to pick up the baby goats.  The baby goats were fast!    They were white, black and brown.  They were cute!  One goat was pregnant.  And one goat had a beard.    We played chase with the goats.    One goat ate Mrs. McNamee’s map.   The goats were up to mischief.  There was poop everywhere.

Baa!   Baa!  Said the sheep.   They looked like fuzzy cotton balls.  One sheep yelled at Kylie.  One sheep back talked to Noah.  One sheep ran over Caitlin’s water bottle.    There were two pens of sheep.

The lynx were acting like guards.  They are a kind of cat with pointy ears and short tails.   They were gray with black markings on them.

We went on a fun tractor ride.  It was amazing.  We saw little houses.   In one car the kids had to sit on hay.   We also went on a horse ride.  We had to take turns because there were so many kids.  Some kids were squished.  The horses’ names were Joy and Jewel.    They were 10 and 9 years old.  They were really big and beautiful.    They were black and strong.    They weighed more than 2000 pounds each!!

We all had many adventures at Charmingfare Farm.   It was the best day ever!
